Fund Summary
The Fund is a registered managed investment scheme which invests in Bitcoin. Bitcoin Interests confer on the Holder a beneficial interest in an amount of Bitcoin referred to as the Bitcoin Allocation.
The Fund has been established to provide investors with an accessible way of gaining exposure to Bitcoin without being responsible for the technical intricacies associated with acquiring, holding and designing a secure storage solution.
The price of Bitcoin Interests will change as the market value of the Fund’s assets rises or falls in line with the main underlying assets of the Fund, Bitcoin.
