Fund Limited, UGC Global Alpha Fund, UGC Platinum Alpha Fund and third party investments selected by the Investment Manager.

The Fund targets an annual rate of return to Investors of 13%, pretax
and net of all fees and expenses, over a rolling 5-year period.
