The Fund provides Investors with indirect exposure to development projects for the Master planned community in Casino, Northern Rivers NSW.
The Fund will lend money to a dedicated SPV developing the projects known as the Summerland Development Corporation Pty Ltd.
The Fund aims to generate a target return of 10% per annum to Investors payable on a quarterly basis.
