Fund Summary

The Acre Mile Fund will provide opportunities to invest in various property development projects. Currently, there is a single investment option under the Acre Mile Fund, the Maybloom Bentleigh Unit Class. The Unit Class will purchase ordinary shares in an entity that owns commercial land in Bentleigh, Victoria. The funds raised will be used for development, construction and for value-add purposes. The property will then be sold upon the project’s completion.
