Unikorn Capital Pty Limited (Unikorn Capital) is the Investment Manager of the Fund and each of the Sub-Funds. The main responsibility of the Investment Manager is to market the Fund and manage the Fund’s investments. Unikorn Capital was established to capitalise on the experience of its directors both in investing in, and construction of, commercial property. The Fund is premised on the idea of giving everyday investors access to high quality yielding commercial properties that generate a range of returns that would otherwise be out of reach for them based on the high purchase price.
