Fund Summary

The Fund provides investors with indirect exposure to development projects. The Fund will lend money to the entity dedicated to developing the Project, APH Holding Capital Pty Ltd ATF APH Holding Capital Unit Trust to Fund the various property projects.

Investors will be offered an opportunity to invest in two different investment options, each with a different Target Return (pre-tax and net of Fees and Costs), Minimum Investment Term and Minimum Investment Amount.
