Fund Summary

The Fund will be investing in SPVs to undertake develop and sell and build and lease strategies for Shariah-compliant developments and assets. These include, but are not limited to, schools, aged care facilities, childcare centres, medical centres, rehabilitation centres, rooming houses and NDIS disability homes. The Fund provides Investors with an opportunity to invest in a diversified, Shariah-compliant property portfolio, whilst also being able to provide funding to important community projects.
