Fund Summary

The Calfer Property Fund is an unlisted registered managed investment scheme with the primary objective of investing in Australian motels, primarily held or operated by Calfer Property Trust (CPT).

Motels broadly comprise facilities that provide accommodation for travellers with a varying range of facilities and services. They provide travellers with lodging and free parking facilities, typically a roadside facility having rooms adjacent to an outside parking area or an urban facility offering parking within the building.

The Fund may invest in underlying properties directly or indirectly through sub-trusts such as the CPT and will focus on Australian Motel investments of $1 million to $5 million in regional centres. The geographical focus for investments will primarily be regional towns ad cities in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
